The house consists of two bulks linked by the exterior-interior space of a sheltered parking and an atrium. The bulk containing the social premises is topped with a pent roof, whereas a flat roof covers the bulk containing the garage and the private premises.

The simple dynamic bulk allows most of its interior to open up into the atrium. The interior thus gets a sufficient amount of sunlight and maintains enough privacy and cover from the outside while also allowing view of the landscape.

The main bulks’ plaster is in a terracota shade; the atrium and indoor parking spaces are clad with larch planks. The windows are plastic, with a gray hue. The structures of the sheltered parking and the pergola are made of wood and covered with safety glass or transparent polycarbonate. All the metal sheet covers are made of titanium zinc without further surface treatment.
