The family house, rather a garden apartment, is situated in the southern part of a vast garden surrounded by old fruit trees.
Built-in area: 84,3 m2.
Layout — residential premises with a kitchen nook, bedroom, bathroom, toilette and storage space.
The architecture of the house has been completely adjusted to the use of natural materials and the frame structure of the house made of pasted wooden sections, pillars and prominently projected beams. The perimeter cladding is assembled in the exterior and composed of a wooden coating. The fixed glazing is composed of an insulating double glazing unit and embedded directly into the supporting structure of the house.
