The Ostrava municipality has rightly decided to return the middle class to the centre and to convert the building into an apartment building with urban rental apartments and rental units in the parterre initiating public life in the centre of Ostrava.

On the ground level we have designed 3 commercial rental units extended through the gallery to the basement. On two standard levels there are 8 residential units. In the attic, three apartments were created, two of which are duplexes with a roof terrace. An elevator was inserted in the middle of the layout.

During the reconstruction, although it is not a listed building, we have preserved as many original elements as possible and made repairs.
