Koncept.

The border of the city and the state, a worker's colony of the former clay mine.

Disparate development, chaos, lots of space and greenery, views, stream.

Compact, ascetic, cheapest possible family house while maintaining the required construction program.

A fixed point on an extensive plot of land.

Dialogue between wood and monochromatic surfaces in the interior.

The social part in I.NP is oriented to the south side to the garden. The bedroom part on the II.NP, divisible into 2 to 4 rooms, is oriented to views in the east and west direction.
