Koncept.
The existing object of the former racing nursery from the 1970s lost its purpose together with the end of one-party rule. This was followed by a period of leases for commercial purposes, purpose-built conversions and neglect of maintenance. The building is located in the middle of a panel housing estate and is pleasantly grown into the greenery of the former nursery garden, which is used in the design.
The single-storey volume with a flat roof is divided into three sub-volumes - operating units that surround the open entrance atrium. The original mass is newly complemented from the south by covered terraces of classrooms and offices, connecting the interior with the garden and at the same time preventing overheating of the interior in the summer.

Objekt dětských jeslí ze 70. let minulého století přestal sloužit svému účelu po skončení vlády jedné strany. Poté byl pronajímán mnohým subjektům ke komerčním účelům bez prováděné údržby.
